Toys for Texans Immersion Program
What is the commitment?
A proactive and engaged one. We cannot express this enough. This is not a passive engagement – it is a proactively-doing engagement. A position at Toys for Texans must be seen as one's extracurricular activity not competing with other high-level proactive engagements.
Review (1) again. It's important and unfortunately, one of the biggest challenges each year for members as they try to take on too much. This position requires 5 to 8 hours every week – it could require up to 10 to 12 hours during prime seasons.
Upon joining our team, you'll notice we regularly assign basic-level assignments and work. Although this is not to be mistaken as a simple job. Our tasks are only outlined ideas for you to build off individually. We are looking for leaders, and to stretch all followers into leaders.

It includes opportunities for leadership and collaboration with nonprofit professionals across Texas, with an entirely different course of action aiming to provide first-hand experience in the nonprofit space.
Targeted specifically towards individuals searching for an entrance into the nonprofit industry, our immersion program allows you to observe, learn, and execute under our advisory.
