The Project Logistics Officer plays a pivotal role in the logistics department, responsible for meticulously planning and organizing the details of events. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and coordinate resources ensures that events run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the organization's initiatives.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR . . .

Planning and scheduling event logistics, including transportation arrangements for attendees, volunteers, and materials.

Coordinating with volunteers to ensure their availability and assigning roles and responsibilities for the event.

Securing suitable event locations and obtaining necessary permits and permissions.

Creating detailed event timelines and schedules to facilitate smooth event flow.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
